Next week’s tuition has been prorated due to the snow day on 2/12 and Presidents Day on 2/17.  Thank you for continuing to make your prompt payments and allow us the flexibility to offer the lowest tuition fees possible.



SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION & ACTIVITY FEES


If you have been invited to participate in this year’s Summer Camp, the registration and activity fees have been posted to your accounts.  A time limit for payment was established to secure spots so we may identify vacancies and invite new families into our camp to firm up our attendance rosters.


Issue with the PROCARE APP - if your student is not currently enrolled in our school year latchkey program, you’ll be unable to use the app to pay for the Summer program.  Unfortunately, that’s just how the app works.  However, you can still log into your MYPROCARE.COM portal and make online payments with this method.  



FEBRUARY SCHEDULE REMINDERS


Our February newsletter is posted to our kidsinchrist.org website with reminders and helpful information.

  • Feb 17: Day Camp (President’s Day) - sign up using our Google Registration Form

  • Feb 19: Early Dismissal @ 2:15 PM - No additional fee required, please follow normal process if your student will not be attending latchkey



ABSENCE NOTIFICATIONS


Reminder, Kids in Christ is a trusted partner of the Highland school district but a separate organization from the school district.  As such, communication that you provide to the office and/or teachers does not also flow to KiC.  When you communicate school absences or other important information regarding your student, please ensure relevant information is shared to both, the school AND to Kids in Christ.  Preferred communication is: text/call is fastest, the Procare app is reliable, email is usually slower and risky due to the volume of email received, other messaging options like Facebook or the website chat are not very reliable and should not be used for official communication with us.



REVIEW YOUR FULL ACCOUNT HISTORY ON MYPROCARE.COM


Reminder that Procare provides a weekly account statement, not a traditional invoice.  The account statement shows activity over a specific period of time.  I try not to allow dates to overlap because this causes confusion.  However, this may omit a transaction that you were expecting to see.  You always have access to view your full billing and payment history by logging into your myprocare.com account.  You can even generate reports to provide your employer for certain benefits, like a flexible spending account, and full year activity for tax purposes.



AUTOPAY ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM


If you’d like to sign-up to have payments automatically applied to your banking account, debit card, or credit card, a new option is now available to complete an online form, bypassing the printed form process.  A button has been placed on our website that should initiate an email to me requesting the online registration link.  The link expires around 4 days after being sent, making this request coordination necessary.  If the button to email me does not function properly (some mobile browsers don’t like these buttons), simply send me an email to request the online registration form.



THE PROCARE APP


If you would like access to your information by using the app, just let me know and I’d be happy to trigger the system to send you the required 10-digit access code.


For your awareness, the app is developed and maintained by Procare, I don't have much control over how it works.  The app tends to work well for communicating with our staff and making one-time payments.  It does NOT work well for setting up recurring payments according to feedback from some parents.  Best option for autopay is to let me know you'd like to register and I'll send you the secure link to do that online.
