END OF SCHOOL YEAR SCHEDULE
Reminder that the last day for Kids in Christ Latchkey for the 2022-2023 school year (as shown on our Google Calendar) will be Wednesday, May 24! Thursday is a scheduled half-day for students. KiC staff will be migrating supplies and equipment from the school to Highland Hope UMC in preparation for Summer Camp.
END OF SCHOOL YEAR TUITION
Several parents request their final tuition be posted early to help facilitate closing out their 2022-2023 School Year account ahead of the hectic period associated with the end of the school year. I have accomplished this today. You’ll see 2 weeks of charges on your statement.
You ARE NOT required to pay both now if you are not prepared to do so. This simply gives you the option if helpful.
5/15/2023 = full rate for next week (Monday 5/15 - Friday 5/19/23)
5/22/2023 = reduced rate for final week (Monday 5/22 - Wednesday 5/24/23)
AutoPay participants will see the tuition charged to their bank/card on the respective dates.
SUMMER CAMP SCHEDULE
The Summer Camp schedule of field trips and swim days has been added to the Google Calendar for your review and familiarization. You can view the calendar from our website or subscribe to it so you’ll have information available on your phone or tablet as well. Schedules do change based on weather, location closures, and other circumstances outside of our control. Staff will communicate any changes, but the calendar is another helpful tool.
SUMMER CAMP PAYMENT INFO
There are a couple of federal holidays during Summer Camp, Memorial Day and Independence Day. You will not see a reduced tuition during those weeks. When creating our summer budget and payment schedule, we plan out all costs, activities, etc. and divide this by the 11 week program, not a daily rate. I just want to provide this information in advance to help avoid confusion at the time of billing since this always leads to some questions. The alternative would be to increase the weekly tuition by a few dollars so I could then show we didn’t charge for the 2 holidays. The math works out the same, but the second option is simply more complicated. Please let me know if you have any questions.
AUTOPAY ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM
If you’d like to sign-up to have payments automatically applied to your banking account, debit card, or credit card, a new option is now available to complete an online form, bypassing the printed form process. A button has been placed on our website that should initiate an email to me requesting the online registration link. The link expires 24 hours after being sent, making this request coordination necessary. If the button to email me does not function properly (some mobile browsers don’t like these buttons), simply send me an email to request the online registration form.
