UPDATE ON KIC POSITIONS
Interviews are underway for our very important Director position. We are encouraged by the interest we have received.
We also have space to add a couple more people to our Latchkey team before and/or after school. If you or someone you know is interested in joining our team to earn additional income while engaging with our KiC kids, the “Join Our Team” form on our website is the best way to let us know. Employee discounts are available for students attending while a parent is working with us.

BILLING INFORMATION
Please review your account statement and let me know as soon as possible if any corrections are necessary.
Info: You will not see a prorated billing for the week of July 4. When calculating our weekly rates, we estimated costs and based tuition on the average weekly cost, rather than calculating daily costs. So your savings from no camp on July 4 is spread across your weekly fees, rather than having one billing at a lower rate. The math is all the same, it is simply an easier accounting process with this method. Thank you for understanding.

Reminder that Procare provides a weekly account statement, not a traditional invoice. The account statement shows activity over a specific period of time. I try not to allow dates to overlap because this causes confusion. However, this may omit a transaction that you were expecting to see. You always have access to view your full billing and payment history by logging into your myprocare.com account. You can even generate reports to provide your employer for certain benefits, like a flexible spending account, and full year activity for tax purposes.
AUTOPAY ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM
If you’d like to sign-up to have payments automatically applied to your banking account, debit card, or credit card, a new option is now available to complete an online form, bypassing the printed form process. A button has been placed on our website that should initiate an email to me requesting the online registration link. The link expires around 4 days after being sent, making this request coordination necessary. If the button to email me does not function properly (some mobile browsers don’t like these buttons), simply send me an email to request the online registration form.
THE PROCARE APP
If you would like access to your information by using the app, just let me know and I’d be happy to trigger the system to send you the required 10-digit access code.
For your awareness, the app is developed and maintained by Procare, I don't have much control over how it works. The app tends to work well for communicating with our staff and making one-time payments. It does NOT work well for setting up recurring payments according to feedback from some parents. Best option for autopay is to let me know you'd like to register and I'll send you the secure link to do that online.
