FUTURE OCTOBER DAY CAMPS

Later in the month, school is closed on Thursday, Oct 27, and Friday, Oct 28, for Parent-Teacher Conferences.

Day Camp dates registration forms are available to sign-up for these, and other dates, via our website. Scroll down to the Forms section of the webpage. Information will be posted at the parent kiosk as well.

All of our schedule information is available on our Google Calendar.

PRORATED RATES

You’ll once again see a prorated tuition fee this week, billing for only 4 days due to the holiday on Monday.

For planning purposes, for the week of October 24 we will only bill for 3 days.

Additional fees will be applied for those participating in the Day Camps offered.

OUR TEAM

Our recent recruiting efforts have not produced much fruit. We will continue our efforts to attract the quality team members you expect for your children. Until we are successful, we must consider the best approach for those we serve. As work schedules change and students withdraw from the program, we’ll have to consider staffing when making any determination about allowing students to rejoin or inviting families from our growing wait list. The size of our Summer Program may be significantly impacted as well, which will cause disappointment amongst some families hoping to attend. These are, quite simply, the responsible measures we need to consider. Providing transparency is also important to minimize surprises and encourage contingency planning for future unknowns.

Personal recommendations from our staff and families are often the best way to attract quality additions to the team. Please share this opportunity with others.
