FINAL WEEK OF LATCHKEY
The final day of Kids in Christ is Thursday, May 26. KiC will be in session for AM and PM care on this day. There will be no care available on Friday, May 27 as staff works to transition supplies and equipment to the church and prepares for Summer Camp.
Please help us close out our Latchkey books by ensuring your account balance is paid in full by Friday, May 27. Reminder - if you typically drop a check into the kiosk, your last opportunity to do that will be Thursday. If you wish to make a payment after Thursday afternoon, please consider using the myprocare.com portal to make a payment with your credit or debit card. Having an unpaid balance from one program may impact your participation in another program.
SUMMER CAMP STARTS NEXT WEEK
Summer Camp will begin Tuesday, May 31 (closed for Memorial Day, May 30).
If you are new to the program, here is some useful information.
Bring your campers to Highland Hope UMC on Tuesday and use the west entrance (right side as you face the church, closest to Route 160).
Accompany your campers up the stairs and sign them into the program using the Procare kiosk located there. Ring the doorbell if someone isn't already waiting for you.
If you are new to Procare, you'll be assisted with establishing a PIN and Password.
A KiC staff member will greet you and bring your camper into the church for the day's activities.
Pickup your camper at the same location and sign them out using the Procare kiosk.

REGISTRATION FOR 2022-2023 LATCHKEY IS OPEN
Registration for the 2022-2023 Latchkey Program is open. Click the button on our webpage to complete the short pre-registration form. Because we must continue to monitor group sizes, this initial step is necessary for Ms. Shawna and Ms. Ciara to assess availability. If invited to officially register, the official registration form link will be sent for you to provide full registration details.
