2020 Tax Statements

At your convenience after your last payments for 2020 have been made, you can obtain your end of year statement if needed for tax preparation purposes by logging into myProcare.com and clicking the Reports section.

Haven't used myProcare.com yet? It's easy. Visit the website and use the email address registered with KiC. A confirmation code will be sent to your email to verify your identity. You'll then create your password. If you should forget that password, click the "Forgot my password" link and repeat the confirmation email/create new password process.
