All Summer Camp balances are now due. I encourage you to review your emailed statement carefully to ensure we have you in the correct AM/PM latchkey programs. I am happy to address any questions you have. It is always easier to resolve concerns early in the process.
Our latchkey program is FULL and a wait list is currently building. We are grateful to be able to provide this service for so many families and wish we could do so for ALL families - but we must work within the constraints we are presented.
Welcome to our school year latchkey families! I have prorated this first week due to the unusual schedule and anxiety the first week often brings. This is an exception to policy.
Reminders:
- Our policy is to charge the full week tuition when school is open 3+ days for the week. We prorate for 2 or less.
- Early Release and Holiday Camps are billed based on attendance, so the fee will appear once we confirm who has signed in. We'll ask for information leading up to these dates to help us plan staffing levels and supplies needs.
- We pray the need for quarantining is greatly diminished this school year. Please keep us informed if this becomes a need so we can adjust our attendance rosters to align with your child's absence.
- We will follow the guidelines of the school district regarding masks and other safety precautions. We operate at the school by renting our space and are not affiliated with the school. Failure to comply with guidelines when arriving to Kids in Christ will result in additional fees or refusal of care.
- As a not-for-profit organization, we trust your payments will be timely in order for us to meet our operational financial obligations such as payroll, rent paid to the school, supplies, etc. We cannot continue providing care once accounts fall behind on payments. If a financial hardship exists, we can provide information regarding agencies that provide short-term and long-term assistance. Kids in Christ does not receive funding of this nature.
- Please use our website: kidsinchrist.org as an information source. We have a Google calendar that provides our schedule and other methods of providing important information to you. Our Facebook page is a good way for the staff to share what is happening at Kids in Christ as well.
