SUMMER CAMP PROGRAM BEGINS
There will be no care offered on Monday, May 20, which is the last day of school. Students will be dismissed at 11:45 on that day. Please make arrangements for alternate care, as the team will be making summer camp ready.
For those who are enrolled in Summer 24, the first day will be Tuesday, May 21. Hours of operation are 6 am - 6 pm. The first week’s Newsletter is posted to our website. Please allow a little extra time as new families are helped with Procare logins (required for checking your campers into the program) and everyone gets used to a new routine.
For latchkey only families we will see you on Tuesday, August 13, the first day of school!
SUMMER CAMP BILLING
Accounts have been billed for next week at a prorated fee due to the adjusted start date of the school district’s calendar change.
Fees will NOT be prorated for Memorial Day and July 4th. When we calculate the tuition fee, we simply take all costs of the program and divide by the number of weeks of the summer program to determine a weekly rate. If I were to calculate a daily rate in order to charge less for these 2 holidays, your weekly rate for the other weeks would increase. The math is just simpler this way. In essence, the benefit of these 2 holidays is spread across the entire program rather than experienced on those specific dates. Next week is an exception because it wasn’t part of our original calculation based on the school’s published calendar.

Please settle your Latchkey balances. Late fees will continue to follow the same schedule and accounts reaching 30 days past due will be reported as delinquent. Students will be removed from next year’s program and seats offered to families on our wait list.
Reminder that Procare provides a weekly account statement, not a traditional invoice. The account statement shows activity over a specific period of time. I try not to allow dates to overlap because this causes confusion. However, this may omit a transaction that you were expecting to see. You always have access to view your full billing and payment history by logging into your myprocare.com account. You can even generate reports to provide your employer for certain benefits, like a flexible spending account, and full year activity for tax purposes.
AUTOPAY ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM
If you’d like to sign-up to have payments automatically applied to your banking account, debit card, or credit card, a new option is now available to complete an online form, bypassing the printed form process. A button has been placed on our website that should initiate an email to me requesting the online registration link. The link expires 1 week after being sent, making this request coordination necessary. If the button to email me does not function properly (some mobile browsers don’t like these buttons), simply send me an email to request the online registration form.
