Join our Kids in Christ staff!

The Kids in Christ staff of Highland, IL is growing and we’re looking for just the right people to join our team. Successful candidates have a passion for highly interactive teaching environments of youth in grades K-6th. They lead students in a variety of fun and educational activities to include crafts, games, sports and summer field trips. Ideal for anyone seeking part-time employment while looking to make a difference in the lives of our local families. Joining our Kids in Christ team is more than a job, it’s an investment in the future of our youth.

Kids in Christ provides parents with a safe, Christian environment for their children. Before and after school programs are located on the Lindenthal school campus while non-school dates (select holidays, in-service days, summer camp) are located at Highland Hope UMC on Daiber Rd.

Our staff enjoy a flexible schedule before and after school during the school year, and full day opportunities on certain non-school days as well as throughout the summer. Employee discounts are also available on tuition when employee children participate in the program.
