ACCOUNT STATEMENT INFO
As always, your account statement is attached for your review and payment planning. If you participated in the Day Camp last Monday, the fee has been applied and is reflected in the balance if not already paid. In an effort to prevent overlapping dates on these statements, which inevitably creates confusion and concern, you won’t see the entry from last Monday on this statement. You can see it in your account by logging into your MyProcare.com portal.

February 03: 11:45AM ½ Day Dismissal (registration, additional fee)
February 15: 2:15PM Early Dismissal (no registration, no fee)
February 20: Presidents Day - Day Camp (registration, additional fee)
Our registration forms can be found by visiting our website and scrolling to the Forms section. You’ll see options for our Early Release and Day Camp registration forms. Our full-day camp dates are held at Highland Hope United Methodist Church, and your students should arrive with their lunch, a water bottle, and any other items Ms. Shawna has requested.
All of our schedule information is available on our Google Calendar with information posted at the parent kiosk as well.
AUTOPAY ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM
If you’d like to sign-up to have payments automatically applied to your banking account, debit card, or credit card, a new option is now available to complete an online form, bypassing the printed form process. A button has been placed on our website that should initiate an email to me requesting the online registration link. The link expires 24 hours after being sent, making this request coordination necessary. This makes the process more convenient to setup your autopay information and when payment method updates are needed as cards expire or account information changes for various reasons. If the button to email me does not function properly (some mobile browsers don’t like these buttons), simply send me an email to request the online registration form.
PHILIP STRATTON’S AVAILABILITY
Over the past year or so, I have had the privilege of stepping away from my typical employment in order to assist with Kids in Christ’s day-to-day operations to a greater extent. Thanks to the resilience of the Kids in Christ staff, I will soon be returning to my regular employment and resume managing the Kids in Christ business elements in a part-time capacity. This will hopefully be transparent to you, but my accessibility throughout the work week will be more limited. Please feel free to email me with any billing or business-related questions and I will respond as quickly as possible. Phone calls are welcome as well, however you will likely be invited to leave a voicemail.
