SNOW DAY CREDIT
Thanks to your timely tuition payments, I am once again able to provide a credit this week in the form of reduced tuition due to the missed school day last week. As a reminder, our official policy is to only prorate the weekly tuition rates when school is closed for 3 or more days of the week. However, I am pleased to deviate from this policy when your timely payments ensure our cash position is sufficient to meet our operating expenses. Thank you for helping us help you.
UPCOMING CARE OPPORTUNITIES
For your planning purposes, the following extra care will be available for you if needed:
February 15: 2:15PM Early Dismissal (no registration, no fee)
February 20: Presidents Day - Day Camp (registration, additional fee)
Our registration forms can be found by visiting our website and scrolling to the Forms section. You’ll see options for our Early Release and Day Camp registration forms. Our full-day camp dates are held at Highland Hope United Methodist Church, and your students should arrive with their lunch, a water bottle, and any other items Ms. Shawna has requested.
All of our schedule information is available on our Google Calendar with information posted at the parent kiosk as well.
FALL REGISTRATION
Ms. Shawna and Ms. Ciara are working through the Summer Camp registration process. We are truly blessed to have so many families wish to participate. However, the space we have available at Highland Hope UMC restricts the number of campers we can accommodate. Our wait list is now quite long. We wish we could invite every student to join us. For those that received an invite and completed the registration form, the Registration and Activity Fees have been applied and are due. If you participate in the auto-pay option, these fees have been applied to your chosen payment method.
Registration for the 2023-2024 School Year Latchkey Program will begin in March. Please monitor our website after March 1 for the link to complete the registration form. The latchkey program doesn’t fill as quickly as the Summer Program, but we do reach staff-to-student limitations and close registration once that occurs. Thank you for your interest in our Latchkey Program and your understanding should we have the need to close registration earlier than you anticipated.
AUTOPAY ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM
If you’d like to sign-up to have payments automatically applied to your banking account, debit card, or credit card, a new option is now available to complete an online form, bypassing the printed form process. A button has been placed on our website that should initiate an email to me requesting the online registration link. The link expires 24 hours after being sent, making this request coordination necessary. This makes the process more convenient to setup your autopay information and when payment method updates are needed as cards expire or account information changes for various reasons. If the button to email me does not function properly (some mobile browsers don’t like these buttons), simply send me an email to request the online registration form.
