JOIN OUR TEAM
The Kids in Christ team has room for additional staff. Our latchkey and summer programs are in high demand, but the number of students we can enroll in latchkey is limited by the size of our staff. If you are interested in supplementing your income by working a couple of hours before school and/or after school, we’d love to talk with you. We offer a unique employment opportunity for those looking for a non-traditional schedule and non-traditional work environment. This arrangement leaves the majority of the day available to accomplish other activities and responsibilities. Please share this opportunity with others that would be a good fit for our team. REDUCED TUITION CHARGE
You’ll see this week’s charge is reduced from your normal fee due to no school on Monday as students and school staff finish up their Spring Break. Once again, we thank you for your prompt tuition payments that allow us to continue offering these exceptions from our standard policy. We look forward to seeing those that signed up for our Day Camp on Monday at Highland Hope and all other students on Tuesday when school resumes.

April 19: 2:15PM Early Release Day (no registration or fee)
May 5: 11:45AM Early Release Day (registration and fee required)
Our registration forms can be found by visiting our website and scrolling to the Forms section. You’ll see options for our Early Release and Day Camp registration forms. Our full-day camp dates are held at Highland Hope United Methodist Church, and your students should arrive with their lunch, a water bottle, and any other items Ms. Shawna has requested.
All of our schedule information is available on our Google Calendar with information posted at the parent kiosk as well.
EASTER AT HIGHLAND HOPE
If you don’t already have a church home, Kids in Christ invites you to join us at Highland Hope UMC for Easter service. A “Son Rise” service will begin at 7:45 AM followed by a continental breakfast at 8:45 AM for a time of fellowship. Our Easter Worship Service will begin at 9:45 AM in Hope Hall.
NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER
We are excited for this year’s National Day of Prayer event on May 4 @ 7:30 PM at Highland Hope UMC. We plan to once again offer hot dogs, chips, and cookies along with a short program for our annual event. Mark your calendars now. We will also offer a prayer for our schools, our program and our community. #WeHOPE you’ll join us.

For those that have recently registered for the 2023-2024 School Year Latchkey Program, your registration fee has been applied to your account and schedules built in Procare based on the form you completed. You can view your schedules using the MyProcare.com portal, clicking Schedule, and use the calendar or navigation buttons to see the future month schedules. Electronic payments can be made via MyProare.com as well.
We strive for accuracy, but there is a lot of manual input and errors are possible, please help us ensure we have your requested services correct. The Early Release and Day Camp options will not appear on your schedule, only your AM/PM schedules.
If you’d like to be added to our Latchkey Wait List, please visit our kidsinchrist.org website and scroll to the Forms section to click the pre-registration form link.
AUTOPAY ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM
If you’d like to sign-up to have payments automatically applied to your banking account, debit card, or credit card, a new option is now available to complete an online form, bypassing the printed form process. A button has been placed on our website that should initiate an email to me requesting the online registration link. The link expires 24 hours after being sent, making this request coordination necessary. If the button to email me does not function properly (some mobile browsers don’t like these buttons), simply send me an email to request the online registration form.
