FUTURE NOVEMBER DAY CAMPS

This week is another short week for school. School will be closed Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving. Kids in Christ is offering Day Camp care on Wednesday, November 23, but will be CLOSED on Thursday and Friday this week to spend the holiday with loved ones. Hopefully you’ve already registered for Wednesday’s Day Camp if that was your intent. If not, you’ll find the Day Camp registration form on our website. Reminder that on full-day camp dates, which are held at Highland Hope United Methodist Church, your students should arrive with their lunch, a water bottle, and any other items Ms. Shawna has requested.

Day Camp registration forms are available via our website to sign-up for the school year’s future camp dates. There will be an 11:45 Early Release on Friday, Dec 2 and Day Camp dates over the Christmas break timeframe. Scroll down to the Forms section of our webpage for the registration links. Registration information about Early Release and Day Camp dates is also posted at the parent kiosk as well.

PRORATED TUITION THIS WEEK

Due to the school schedule, tuition charges are prorated this week. We appreciate your continued efforts in keeping your account current by making payments promptly. While I am happy prorate the tuition during short weeks, we can only offer this when payments are being made timely by all families which allows us to meet our payroll, school rent payments, and other obligations associated with operating Kids in Christ for you. If your family is experiencing financial hardship, we can provide names of organizations that offer assistance during such times. We’d be happy to pass that information along to you.

As you take time this week to celebrate Thanksgiving with family and friends, please know that we are very thankful for you. May your Thanksgiving be filled with love and the kinds of family traditions that create wonderful memories. We believe that God loves each of us and calls on us to love each other as family in the name of God, the Father. We are blessed to have you as part of our Kids in Christ family.
