Winter Weather Planning

With dangerous weather being a threat throughout the winter season, it is important parents/guardians consider contingency plans in the event of an early school dismissal due to weather conditions.

Kids in Christ is not available for after dismissal care when the school district determines an early release is necessary for safety purposes.

If school remains in session for the entire day but dangerous weather is occurring or inbound (like what occurred Thursday, Feb 17), Kids in Christ will have staff present but requests an expedited pickup schedule to help ensure students, families, and staff are able to travel home safely.

As always, we appreciate your partnership when extraordinary events occur.

Sincerely,

Kids in Christ team: Shawna Thole, Director Ciara Rueter, Assistant Director Philip Stratton, Business Manager
